Automation strategy
Finding repeatable work, prioritizing the right opportunities, and connecting improvements to outcomes rather than novelty.

I’m Kris—a practical technologist who combines business experience, automation, AI, analytics, and code to remove waste from everyday work.
How I think
I’m fascinated by what happens when clear operational thinking meets modern AI and approachable code. My work sits at that intersection: understanding how people actually work, finding the friction that has become “normal,” and building a simpler path through it.
I’m comfortable moving between strategy and implementation. That can mean shaping an automation roadmap, interrogating a process with data, prototyping a browser extension, building a pricing calculator, improving reporting, or using AI to turn an awkward manual task into a dependable workflow.
The goal is never automation for its own sake. It is less rework, fewer avoidable clicks, clearer decisions, and more room for people to do work that benefits from judgment, creativity, and human connection.
What I bring
I combine the curiosity of an AI enthusiast with the discipline of someone who cares about adoption, measurable value, and the working day of the person using the solution.
Finding repeatable work, prioritizing the right opportunities, and connecting improvements to outcomes rather than novelty.
Applying language models and intelligent tools where they improve understanding, accelerate decisions, or remove tedious handling.
Turning ideas into working browser tools, calculators, utilities, integrations, and prototypes instead of stopping at recommendations.
Using reporting and data to expose bottlenecks, test assumptions, and make the value of a better process visible.
Selected territory
Let’s improve the work
I’m always interested in useful problems, thoughtful automation, and ideas that help people finish work with more energy left for life.
